Just an Idea

I found a recipe book when I was at Women's Conference that the kids have loved. It just has recipes for individual cakes you can make in the microwave! I'm not a microwave cooker, but this has been great.

You use either Betty Crocker or Kruteas(I don't think I spelled that right). Just put 1/2 cup of the mix and 1/3 cup water into a plastic bowl(the ones you can just throw away) and stir it for 1 minute. Microwave for 95 seconds and it's done. Frost however you want to. You can use spice cake mix and add diced peaches to the bottome of the bowl first and when it's done top it with whipped cream, like a cobbler. With a fudge cake mix, mix batter as above and then add 5 generous teaspoons of fudge to the middle, and cook for 95 seconds (longer if the fuged is cold). Then you have a molten cake. You can make such a variety, it's great.

My kids can do it themselves, my kitchen doesn't get hot or messy, and they love doing it!
