BFL...............

Down 8 lbs. in 4 weeks. Bill Phillips is a genius. Chris is down 8 lbs. too and I love his weight training days.............. all pumped up!!!!!

It's about time you have something new. Well just kidding I havent posted for a while either. Maybe next year I can go to womens conference with ya (maybe, we will have to see how Lana does, cause I am sure you cant take babies). 8lbs and how many more to go? I need to get on that diet, but I am not sure if I would be good at it.

Cami- I got your blog form your sister!! Hahahaha. You are doing great. Keep it up. It will get really hard (@ least for me it did) around week 8-10. Stay focused. TAKE PICTURES!!! TAKE MEASUREMENTS!!! Those are a MUST. Trust me I have done 3 challenges. I just finished one last month. You don't have to post them, just keep them for YOU! If you have ANY questions let me know.
