Body for Life..............

Ok! So I've never done a diet before, this is new, but Chris is doing it to so it keeps me motivated. After 3 days I was down 2.5 lbs., at a week into it I'm down 3.5 lbs. Enough to keep me motivated. Plus I love eating, so 6 times a day is heaven and I don't feel like crap. And the free day every week has got me sold. Won't post any pictures though, SORRY! It's bad enough seeing myself in the mirror, I don't want to see me on camera..............UGH!

Buce job...I am so excited for you!!! What did you guys decide on with the work out equipment...Cason was telling me a little about it!!!

I should do this, but I dont know if I could REALLY do it. I worry about it for another week or so. Then I will need to figure out how to lose these pounds!
