Do Not Try This At Home......

I bought a cool kite about a year ago, clearanced for $3. Thought it would be fun to do with the kids. Haven't used it 'til today. Good breeze outside, just the 2 little ones at home, and Trevor pulled it out, it's hard to say no to him.

So I put it together, it's got three kites together on one and fancy plastic strings to flap in the wind and look pretty.

This took 30 minutes during setup to untangle, and another 10 minutes after flying attempts outside. (only 10 minutes because I finally cut them off!!!)

The few times I actually got it in the air, the string would rub EXTREMELY fast against my fingers, right in the crease. Notice the white, it is smooth and shiny and painful.

I was clean when we started. Now look at my "MAN HANDS"

An hour and a half later, I was done. Taylor and Trevor were just running in the street, the kite went nowhere, and I was a mess!!!
